Introducing Rakeez: HR and payroll built for Egyptian real estate

Today we're announcing Rakeez, the first product to come out of predev. Solutions' own studio — and it's built for a problem we kept seeing up close.

Real-estate companies in Egypt run across many branches, with commission-driven sales teams spread over dozens of locations. Almost all of them manage attendance, payroll, and commissions on spreadsheets that break the moment the business grows. The new Labor Law No. 14 of 2025 only raised the stakes.
