The challenge

Quick App set out to be a single app for everyday life in Egypt — groceries, pharmacy, real estate, services, and pets — where customers judge an app in the first few seconds. Five very different verticals had to feel like one coherent product, in both Arabic and English, with vendors and riders coordinated behind the scenes.

Our approach

   Shaped the product around users who rarely get designed together: the customer ordering anything, the vendor fulfilling it, and the rider in traffic.

   Designed a fast, thumb-friendly, bilingual experience that keeps five categories coherent without overwhelming the screen.

   Built the customer app, vendor order management, and live delivery tracking as one connected platform.

The outcome

Quick App launched as a complete everyday-delivery product across five verticals: customers order in a few taps in Arabic or English, vendors manage orders in real time, and every delivery is tracked live from shop to door.
