The challenge

iSpeaker set out to give eloquent Arab experts one place to teach, host live rooms, sell books, and earn — but the vision spanned live streaming, courses, e-commerce, and payouts, with no product yet to anchor any of it.

Our approach

   Shaped the product around two jobs at once: speakers who want to earn from their expertise, and learners who want to find it.

   Designed an Arabic-first, right-to-left interface that stays coherent across live rooms, courses, e-books, and consultations.

3. 03

   Engineered the platform end to end — including the gift-to-credit monetization loop and companion iOS and Android apps.

The outcome

iSpeaker launched as a full knowledge marketplace: speakers host live sessions, publish courses and books, and convert gifts into income — with mobile apps and a community spanning writers, engineers, educators, and more.
