A distributor's catalog organized the way a department buys.

A specialised medical-equipment distributor, presented by clinical category rather than by manufacturer — with a catalog the team maintains themselves.

NileMed — website

The challenge

NileMed represents specialised international principals across urology, gastroenterology, pelvic health, and critical care — but online, a specialist distributor looks exactly like a general supplier. A urologist sourcing a urodynamic platform and an ICU lead sourcing ventilation masks arrive with different vocabularies and almost nothing in common.

Our approach

  1. 01

Organized everything by clinical category — urology, gastroenterology, pelvic floor, incontinence, gynaecology, ICU — so a specialist lands where their department already thinks, instead of browsing a list of brand names.

  2. 02

Gave every system its own page, so a device can be compared on its specifics rather than inferred from a PDF.

  3. 03

Made what happens after the sale a section of its own — proven principals, local service, complete solutions, continuity of supply — because that is what the purchase actually turns on.

  4. 04

Put the catalog behind an admin panel NileMed runs themselves: products, partners, and clinical categories change without a developer in the loop.

The outcome

NileMed now reads as the specialist it is. Clinicians browse by discipline and land on a specific system; procurement can vet the principals and the support behind them in one pass; and every route ends at a quote request rather than a dead end.
